Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brookvale, NSW. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery is by tracked courier. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Sydney metro: 1–2 business days
- Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra: 2–4 business days
- Adelaide: 3–5 business days
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin & regional areas: 4–6 business days
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. You can estimate your shipping cost on the cart page before placing your order.
If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to help find a suitable replacement.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Returns & Refunds
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is at your cost. Please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you’re covered by the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we’ll arrange collection and a replacement or full refund.
