1. About these terms
talkingturtle.com.au is operated by MC Family Ventures (ABN 86 697 878 014) trading as Talking Turtle Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to a pricing error or stock unavailability), in which case we will refund any amount paid in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Brookvale, NSW. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
5. Out of stock
If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or a refund.
6. Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
8. Product safety and use
Please follow the age guidance shown on product pages and supervise young children during play. Products must be used as intended.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
10. Intellectual property
Content on this site (including text, images and video) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
